Tasty Tuesday: Kale Chips

KALE CHIPS.
Kale is a superstar veggie loaded with vitamins, potassium, iron, manganese, phosphorus and I'm
sure plenty of other things that I missed. I confess, I'm not a veggie eater I have to find creative ways for my veggie intake! So tatda, kale chips... all you need is kale, EVOO and salt!




Wash kale and dry, then mix in the olive oil. 
Bake for 10-15 min and sprinkle salt after baked!
I personally like mine a little burnt...I'm a weirdo like that
I like most of my food a little burnt. Keep an eye on your kale while in the oven
for the best results.
